At Sukhveer Nursery, we take utmost care in packing and delivering healthy plants to our customers. Since plants are live products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

🌱 Returns

Returns are accepted only if the plant is delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos as proof.

Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery will not be eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:

✔ Replacement of the plant

or

✔ Refund to the original payment method

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
